Cheryll will discuss the following care options: 

• Intermittent home health – In-home, intermittent skilled nursing, rehabilitative physical/occupational/speech therapy for patients recovering from injury, illness, surgery or hospitalization.
• Palliative care – specialized medical care focused on treatment plans, consultations, pain and symptom management, comfort and control for patients with chronic or advanced illnesses.
• Hospice care – In-home medical, social and spiritual professional services dedication to comfort care, symptom relief, pain management, quality of life and family support.
